  • Collaborate with the merchandising and operations teams to design and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with seasonal trends and promotions.
  • Implement local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, especially during peak seasons and store openings.
  • Lead the rollout of experiential marketing campaigns that create memorable, shareable moments for customers in-store.

Brand Development & Customer Insights:

  • Drive brand growth and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s mission, values, and brand identity.
  • Conduct regular market research and customer insights analysis to understand trends, customer behaviour, and competitors, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage loyalty programs and customer data to personalize marketing and improve customer retention.

Budget & Performance Management:

  • Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring a clear ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategy as needed to optimize results.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set KPIs and deliver on business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
