- CRM Support: Help with the development, execution, and analysis of customer relationship management campaigns, including email marketing and customer segmentation.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all activities are on track and deadlines are met.
- Content Creation: Help with creating engaging content for marketing materials, including digital and print, to promote products and services effectively.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, including social media performance, CRM engagement, and POS initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution of marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Can-Do Attitude: A self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for marketing with a strong desire to grow and develop within the role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to print materials and campaign execution.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A passion for marketing and creativity, with a keen interest in retail and customer engagement.
- Experience in point of sale, print management, social media, and/or CRM is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to contribute to a growing brand.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems is a bonus
